Stair treads replacement to make it safe for house inspection.

This job is now completed. We replaced all the balustrades, the steps on the 1st flight of stair and the landing including the joists. 1 post of the landing has been replaced as well.
Stair replacement I replicated the posts and panel designs . All the hardwood has been primed All the balustrade's battens have been sealed with sikaflex to the bottom rail
Replacement of damaged balustrades. We've replicated the custom-made panels . All the hardwood has been primed, and all battens have been primed and sealed with sikaflex.
The stair treads have been replaced , the sides have been painted and sealed
Balustrades Replacement
Balustrades replacement , top and bottom rail is hardwood and battens are Pine 1 coat of dulux primer stain blocker and 2 coat of dulux paint . The battens have a coat of moisture barrier at the bottom, and they have been sikaflex all around to prevent it from the rot . I also replaced 2 stair treads .
New Stair Installation
Installation of a new stair that will be screened with Charcoal battens later on . The Power point that was under has been moved .
To avoid the big bill replacing the entire srair as the stringer dropped because of the rot I came up with the idea to weld a steel plate and bolt it to the stringer and posts. I've added a couple of stirrup as an extra.
