Installation of valances to bring more character to the house

Installation of palings to finish that house after a raise . I proposed differents options to hide the different structure components and we went with the valances to bring more character to this queenslander house. -Installation of valances -Installation of palings to build an enclosed storage / laundry under the house with 2 steel gates -At the back as it's not seen we decided to just extend the existing palings to reduce the cost . -We've built a new fence with 2 steel gates to keep the dog in the yard while the sliding gate is open .

Replacing a sagging vj ceiling with new semi external sheets .

New VJ wall to replace the asbestos and match the rest of the house
