Replacement of a deck with it's structure. All the joist have been replaced with f14 hardwood painted with 1 coat of dulux primer and 2 coats of dulux weathershield prior to be installed. The decking boards are kwila. We also replaced a step and a post on the stair.

From an uneven deck , I've replaced all the old joists and adjusted each of them to make the deck straight . Replace the old balustrades with new ones and added an insulated roof with a fan and a light integrated .

Deck repair for this house in westlakes -2 joists have been replaced 1 has been eaten by termites and another one had been damaged by the weather . -A timber support has been installed on the dirt and created a termite acces , that timber has been removed and replaced with steel brackets 200mm from the dirt . -The damaged boards have been replaced with new kwila decking boards
