Some of the cladding boards were rotten, after removing them we discover that the framing behind was rotten had well. A new frame has been built, different flashings and the sarking paper have been installed. New chamfer boards have been installed as well Some other timbers have been replaced or re sealed.

This house had a leak in the ceiling because of the window's architrave being rotten, I've replaced it and sealed it all around. No more leak.
